Audio Conference set on disabilities act

The Southeastern Indiana Independent Living Center will host an audio conference, open to the community, on Dec. 18th, featuring Sharon Rennert, a Senior Attorney from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Rennert will discuss the implications for employers in making medical and genetic information requests under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA).
