He provides a range of laparoscopic surgical procedures, in addition to cancer-related surgeries of the breast, colon and skin. He also performs hernia repair and care for hemorrhoids, Crohn's disease, diverticulitis and ulcerative colitis.
He joins Drs. Paul Cronen and Amy Gifaldi on the second floor at the Main Campus Medical Building.
"We're very excited to welcome Dr. Adamu to our team and to the medical staff," Cronen said in a release. "He brings a wealth of surgical knowledge and expertise to KDH."
Adamu earned his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery from the Georgia Colon and Rectal Clinic in Atlanta, Ga., prior to joining the KDH staff. He completed his residency through the University of Vermont at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Conn.
