Madison native named editor of Tennessee paper

Madison native Louis Graham was named editor of The Commercial Appeal in Memphis, Tenn.
Graham, 56, served as the interim editor following former editor Chris Peck's retirement on March 17.
Graham began working for The Commercial Appeal in 1979 as a reporter in the Jackson, Tenn., bureau. From there he rose in newsroom leadership ranks from metro editor, assistant managing editor and - most recently - managing editor since 2011.
He was a former staff writer at The Madison Courier.
Graham and his wife, Susan, have two grown children.
