Former Circuit Court Judge Ted Todd was one of 10 active judges honored for 24 years of judicial service at a recent judicial conference.
Todd, who chose not to seek re-election in 2012 after 24 years on the bench, now works as a senior judge, filling in for sitting judges.
Other 24-year award recipients included two senior judges and two members of the Indiana Court of Appeals.
