Wonder - The Lives of Anna and Harlan Hubbard: The Trimble County Public Library will host two showings of "Wonder: The Lives of Anna and Harlan Hubbard." Producer and writer Morgan Atkinson will present the documentary Jan. 29 at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Mardi Gras Winter Gala: Will be held in Struck Gymnasium at the Horner Center on the Hanover College Campus featuring the music of Mojo and the Bayou Gypsies. The event starts with a cash-bar at 6 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner at 7 p.m. and live music and dancing at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the event are $30 and must be reserved by Jan. 29. Spoofydoofs' Funnybone: The Little Grand Theatre Company will present Spoofydoofs' Funnybone Jan. 25-27 at 7 p.m., with an additional showing Jan. 26 at 2:30 p.m. at The Ohio Theatre. Tickets cost $8 for adults and $5 for children.

Sweetheart Murder Mystery: Murder - Victorian Style! Although Madison was a rough river town in the 1840s, people are shocked when a prominent member of society is murdered in plain sight! Look for clues for murder in the mansion as the Lanier Mansion State Historic Site hosts the sweetheart murder mystery Feb. 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. French Kisses: The Madison Community Players will present the comedy "French Kisses." The dinner theater will be held Feb. 15 and Feb. 16 at the Livery Stable. The World Comes to Madison: The Seifert-Short Museum and Learning Center, 113 E. Third St., will display nativities and crèches from around the world during the holiday season. The museum will be open from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in December and January. Free admission.
Lou Knoble: Paintings from the 1960s and 1970s by local artist Lou Knoble will be on display during January in the front showroom at Art on Main, 309 W. Main St. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

Wreck-It Ralph (PG): A video game villain wants to be a hero and sets out to fulfill his dream, but his quest brings havoc to the whole arcade where he lives. The animated movie stars the voice talents of John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, Alan Tudyk and Jane Lynch.

Zero Dark Thirty (R): The chronicle of the decade-long hunt for al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States culminates in his death at the hands of Navy S.E.A.L. Team 6 in May 2011.
