Choices for Women Executive Director Sharyn Hobbs talks to supporters at the Banquet for Life fundraising event at the Clifty Inn on Thursday. Hobbs spoke about the organization's accomplishments since 2008, and the direction it is headed. She said Choices has seen 24 babies lives saved by women who decided against abortion, and 18 women who have come to faith in Jesus Christ. Hobbs also talked about the group's upcoming move to 304 Jefferson St. Choices provides free pregnancy testing, ultrasound verification, peer counseling, information about pregnancy, fetal development and abortion risks, education on parenting and adoption, referrals to local help agencies and abstinence education at local schools through the Pure Initiative.
