HIGH WATER WOES
Friday, December 27, 2013 10:00 AM
Terry Cahall pushes driftwood and other river debris off the rope connecting his dock to the riverfront in Madison on Thursday. Cahall said he wasn't too concerned with the river stage as it is expected to begin going down. "But it's just easier to get this stuff moving and drifting away before the water goes down and I have to carry it all out of the parking lot," Cahall said (Staff photo by Ken Ritchiefirstname.lastname@example.org)
