The Madison Moose Lodge No. 765 is under investigation by the Indiana Gaming Commission for allegations of violating state charity gaming statutes.
Ernest Yelton, executive director of the gaming commission, confirmed the investigation but would not discuss any specifics of the case.
Jeff Sarver, administrator of the Moose Lodge, said the issues were related to paperwork related to poker tournaments and a drawing during a bingo game.
