WAITING FOR SPRINGTIME
Thursday, January 10, 2013 10:00 AM
Captains Janet Harding and Paul Nicholson brought their jet boat downtown on Wednesday to give residents a look at the vessel that will be offering rides on the Ohio River this year. The boat, called the Wild Thing, seats 12 - a captain and 11 passengers. Nicholson said that, weather permitting, they would like to run the boats from mid-May through September. During the Madison Regatta, when the city's boat ramp will be in use, the Wild Thing boats will dock at the marina. (Staff photos by Ken Ritchie)
