Attempted bank robbery suspect still at-large
Thursday, March 28, 2013 11:00 AM
Carrollton Police are still looking for a man wanted in connection with an attempted robbery earlier this month. The man, photographed by a security camera, entered the First National Bank of Carrollton on Highland Avenue on March 15 around 4:50 p.m. He walked to a window and gave the teller a note demanding she give him money. "The teller asked the male a question, and he then took the note and walked out of the bank," Chief Michael Willhoite said in a release. The man is described as a white male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a gray jacket, glasses and a baseball cap with the number 18 on it. Anyone with information on the case should contact the Carrollton Police Department at (502) 732-6621 or leave an anonymous tip at www.carrolltonpd.net.
