Fund set up for fire victims
Friday, December 21, 2012 10:00 AM
A fund for Diana Anderson and her family to help with expenses following a fire that destroyed the family's home has been established at the Farmers Bank of Milton.
Anderson and her two sons lost most of their possessions in the fire Monday at 2252 Hunter Heights Rd. in Carroll County. The family was not at home when the fire broke out.
Monetary donations will be accepted at any of the Farmers Bank of Milton locations. People may receive a receipt for their donations to the family, as the donation is considered a tax-deductible gift.
The family also is seeking help to locate a female Pekingese that was at the home during the fire. The blonde dog is about 8 years old and was wearing a collar. The family asks anyone with information about the dog to call (502) 732-6040 and (502) 663-3228.
The information for donations is still wrong in the paper....They can call 502-663-3228 for items to be picked up, or, send monetary donations to 377 Douglas Lane, Milton, Ky. 40045....The Farmer's bank did not set the account up...Will you please relist the proper information. I called to have it corrected the day it went in ....:)
