Superior Court Judge Alison Frazier declared a mistrial Thursday after running out of potential jurors for a trial.
The trial of Thomas Mack, 46, was scheduled to begin Wednesday, but the defense requested and was granted a mistrial after the pool of jurors ran out.
Mack is set to have a second trial begin on Nov. 5. He faces charges including possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a felon and counterfeiting.
