Leaf pickup to end
Wednesday, December 05, 2012 10:00 AM
The last day for leaf pick-up in the City of Madison will be Dec. 14.
If there are any leaves left in piles at residential locations after Friday, residents should call the City of Madison Street Department to get on a list for leaf pick-up. Leaves that aren't by the curb by Dec. 14 will need to be placed in compost bags or in a 33-gallon trash can with a City of Madison compost sticker on the can. Compost bags and compost stickers may be purchased at the City of Madison Water Department at City Hall.
Residents with any questions about leaf pick-up should call the Madison Street Department at 265-8304.
