Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries Wednesday after a two-vehicle accident at U.S. 421 and Michigan Road. Deputy Ben Flint with the sheriff's department said the truck, which was driven by Carl Hensley of Madison, was northbound on U.S. 421 when it turned in front of a silver minivan driven by Holly L. Brown, 61, of Shelbyville. Flint said the force of the impact spun the truck around and eventually flipped it. Hensley was treated at the scene for minor cuts. Chief Deputy Dave Thomas said Brown and a passenger, Marion Cramer, 73, of Shelbyville, were taken to King's Daughters' Hospital for minor injuries.
