Zoning Board OKs conditional permits
Tuesday, August 20, 2013 11:00 AM
The Zoning Board of Appeals approved the following conditional use permits during its regular meeting Monday:
Louis and Carol Shields, 3607 Old State Road 62, mobile home
Sheryl Backus, 144 Walnut St., to be used as a mobile home
Sarah E. Libby Mann, 409 W. First St., to be used as a bed and breakfast
Margaret Siefert Russell, 113 E. Third St., to be used as a recreational art and learning center
Andrew J. LeGrand, 2820 Clifty Drive, to be used as a motor vehicle transportation business
The board had one new application that it ultimately tabled due to lack of support. Carl Hungness requested a conditional-use permit to turn the first floor of 318 Mulberry St. into an apartment.
There were only three board members present, and three votes would be required for any action.
