Orlan Fred Green, 93, of Madison, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at Hanover Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral arrangements and additional information are pending at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre.
James M. H. "Bubba" Johnson, 41, of Columbus, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013, at his mother's residence in Columbus.
He was born Jan. 12, 1972, in Carroll County, Ky., to Etta Johnson. He was a professional truck driver. He enjoyed traveling and discovering new places. He also enjoyed his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his mother of Columbus; one sister, Julie McIntosh; two brothers, John Taulbee of Madison and Christopher E. Taulbee; three nieces; four nephews; and one great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Hazel Fegett; and one nephew.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the Eagle Creek Resort Activities Building in Worthville, Ky. Those attending are asked to bring a side dish to share.
Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home in Columbus is in charge of arrangements.

Garnet S. Thomas Keith, 85, of Vevay, died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013, at The Waters of Rising Sun.

Jeffery Reece, 44, of Madison, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at his residence.
He was born March 17, 1969, in Carrollton, Ky., to James Reece and Sandra L. Breeden. He served in the Army. He worked at the Madison Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1969. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He served as a service officer for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxillary. He was an Indianapolis Colts fan. He enjoyed listening to music, especially the Eagles' "Hotel California" and his brother Jimmy's music.
He is survived by four children, Cassie Reece, Travis Reece, Megan Reece and Samuel Reece; his mother, Sandra L. Breeden O'Neal; four sisters, Crystal McHargue of Madison, Gail Freeman of Milton, Ky., Jamey Carter of Port Royal, Ky., and Becky Suter of Pleasureville, Ky.; two brothers, Ralph Davis of Aurora and James "Jimmy" Davis of Madison; and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his stepfather, Arnold O'Neal.
A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Vail Funeral Chapel.
