Noble Eugene Adams, 64, of Bedford, Ky., died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012, at Robley Rex Veterans Administration Medical Center in Louisville, Ky.

Phyllis Hall

Phyllis Ann Morgan Hall, 71, of Madison, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, in a vehicle accident on U.S. 421 at Hebron Road.

She was born Aug. 4, 1941, in Salem, the daughter of Wallace and Annabelle Voyles Morgan. She resided in Madison most of her life. She attended Madison Consolidated High School. She was a licensed vocational nurse at the Hanover Health and Rehabilitation Center and The Waters of Clifty Falls for more than 20 years, and enjoyed helping and comforting the residents. She also worked at the Marble Hill Nuclear Plant in the Blueprinting and Engineering Department for five years. She enjoyed managing Tinker Video for more than 10 years. She enjoyed movies and Al Pacino. She also enjoyed knitting, collecting dolls and cooking. She enjoyed the music of Andy Williams, Tom Jones, Elvis, Tony Bennett, Michael Jackson and Frank Sinatra.

She is survived by one daughter, Christine Annette Hall of Madison; one son, Robert Hall Jr. of Hawthorne, Calif.; three sisters, Paulette Rice, Martha Ellen Morgan and Judy Mae Morgan Tilley, all of Madison; one brother, Wallace Robert Morgan of Seattle, Wash.; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandparents, Raymond and Gladys Wyman Voyles.

The funeral will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 5 p.m. until the service.

Sheila Morris

Sheila F. Bliton Morris, 67, of Madison, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

She was born Sept. 23, 1945, in Madison, the daughter of Faye Wesley "Dude" and Dorothy L. Pelsor Bliton. She was a 1963 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School and later attended secretarial school in Napoleon. She lived in Osgood before moving to Bartholomew County and then later to Madison in 1994. She sold Avon for years and was a homemaker. She was a member of the home economics club in Columbus and was a den mother for the Cub Scouts. She enjoyed folk art, flower gardening and animals. She also enjoyed the Madison Chautauqua Festival of Art and the Madison Tour of Homes. She liked to watch the Indianapolis Colts and the Cincinnati Reds, and spend time with her grandchildren and her dogs.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Morris, whom she married Dec. 3, 1966; one son, Rodney Morris of Madison; one daughter, Michelle Myers of Columbus; one sister, Barbara Lock of Vevay; five grandchildren; four cousins; one aunt; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Garnett O. Bliton and Daniel Bliton; one niece; and one nephew.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 1 p.m. until the service.
