Jazlyn Denise Pearcy, 5, of Fort Knox, Ky., formerly of Scott County, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at her residence.
She was born May 14, 2008, in Fort Lewis, Wash., to Brian S. and Jennifer Harbold Pearcy. She was a student at Pierce Elementary School in Fort Knox, Ky., and previously attended Johnson Elementary in Scott County. She was a member of Frontline Christian Ministries in Austin. She enjoyed motorcycles and those who rode their Harley's in "Ride for the Cure." She also enjoyed time with her service dog, Brando.
She is survived by her parents of Fort Knox, Ky.; one sister, Alexys Nicole Pearcy of Fort Knox, Ky.; her grandparents, Jim and Dessalena Williams, Dick and Martha Hough, and Scott and Leah Pearcy, all of Scottsburg, Buck Harbold of Mumfordville, Ky., Tracy Greenup of Elizabethtown, Ky. and Jami Landers, of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; seven aunts; six uncles; 11 cousins; five great-grandmothers; two great-grandfathers; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Everitt Williams; and her great-great-grandmother, Lillie Mae Everitt Williams Daniel.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Frontline Christian Ministries, 85 East Main Street in Austin. Burial will be in Cravens Cemetery in Vienna.
Friends may call at the church Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until the service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Neurofibromatosis Midwest Foundation. Contributions can be made through Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, which is in charge of arrangements.

Arnold Smith Jr.
Arnold Ray Smith, Jr., 48, of Turners Station, Ky., died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at Turners Station, Ky.
He was born Aug. 4, 1965, in Carrollton, Ky., to Arnold Ray Sr. and Wilma Jo Perry Smith. He was a member of the English Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, Jacob Samuel Smith of Carrollton, Ky.; his parents of Turners Station, Ky.; three sisters, Wilma Carolyn Lindsey, Angie Saggus and Donna Spurr, all of Turners Station, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse and Dilla Smith, and Samuel and Frances Perry.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at English Baptist Church. Burial will be in Saggusville Family Cemetery in Turners Station, Ky.
Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky.
