Shawn Michael Andrew, 48, of Louisville, Ky., died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014.
He was born April 25, 1965, in Madison. He was raised in Bedford, Ky. He was a resident of Louisville for 17 years. He graduated from Trimble County High School in 1983, where he played football, basketball and baseball. He attended Lindsey Wilson College, where he played basketball and baseball. He later graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in sports administration. He owned Eclipse Sports Accessories. He previously worked as a chemical operator for Dow Corning and in the mortgage industry, most recently for Metlife. He was a University of Kentucky Wildcats, Cincinnati Reds and Trinity High School fan. He enjoyed sports and especially coaching children. He spent many years coaching baseball for the Lyndon Lightning team, and also coached his son in several other sports, including football, basketball and soccer.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Suzanne Greenleaf Andrew; one son, Seth Michael Andrew; his mother and step father, Sue and Lewis Barnes of Bedford, Ky.; his father and step mother, Barry and Margaret Andrew of Bedford, Ky.; two sisters, Shannon Stidham and Brittany Barnes; his grandmother, Jean Andrew; five aunts; two uncles; two nephews; five nieces; and many other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Buford and Lorene Dunlap and Fred Andrew; one uncle; and one cousin.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Ratterman Brothers Funeral Home East Louisville, 12900 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Ky. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, Ky.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 8 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Trinity High School baseball team.

Gladys Boldery, 86, of Milton, Ky., died Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at her residence.

LaDonna J. "Donna" Bladen Boldery, 70, of Patriot, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at King's Daughters' Hospital.
She was brn Feb. 25, 1943, in Vevay, to Wilbur Carroll and Virginia Gladys Brown Bladen. She was raised and attended high school in Vevay. She was employed with Starbucks at Belterra Casino Resort & Spa for four years. She was employed for five years at the Citgo Convenience Store in Markland. She was also a homemaker and helped her husband with the family farm. She enjoyed cooking dinner every Sunday for her family. She also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, gardening, quilting, reading, her dog and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Joseph "Joe" Brady, whom she married Dec. 20, 1958; four daughters, Linda D. Smith and Glenda Sue Vansickle, both of Patriot, Brenda Jo Bethel of Sanders, Ky. and Patricia Lynn Kappes of Patriot; two sisters, Joyce Thornton and Marilyn Christman, both of Madison; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; her mother, Virginia Gladys Brown Bladen Burton; one sister, Rickie Heck; and one half brother, James Burton.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Patriot.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Edwinna M. "Winnie" Grimes, 85, of Carrollton, Ky., died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at Davis Elderly Care Center in Hanover.
She was born Oct. 26, 1928, in Gallatin County, Ky., to Robert F. and Ann T. Hopkins Martin. She retired as a deputy clerk at the Carroll County Circuit Clerk's office and also as a partner in Martin's Nursery in Carrollton, Ky. She was a member of the Carrollton Christian Church.
She is survived by two sons, Edwin R. Grimes of Carrollton, Ky., and Jerry L. Grimes of Frankfort, Ky.; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Grimes, who died in March 2000; her parents; and one granddaughter.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, Ky.

Ruth N. Bailey White, 90, of Hanover, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, at King's Daughters' Hospital.
She was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Cedric, Kansas, to William W. and Mabel Shirk Bailey. She was raised in Wichita, Kansas and was a 1941 graduate of North High School. She graduated from the St. Francis School of Nursing in 1944 and became a registered nurse. She worked for St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas for nearly 10 years. She moved to Indiana and worked as the head registered nurse at the Whitlatch Clinic in Milan for several years. She and her husband settled in Kent in 1955 and she worked as a registered nurse at the Hanover Nursing Center for 25 years. She enjoyed helping and caring for others. She was a member of the Kent United Methodist Church and served as the pianist, organist and church janitor for many years. She was a member of the Kent United Methodist Women's group. She traveled and camped in all 50 states with her husband. They also enjoyed traveling in Canada, Scotland and Mexico. She served as worthy matron of the Hanover Order of Eastern Star Chapter 525. She also enjoyed painting, playing the piano, working puzzles and reading.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Marie White of Madison and Mary Vikki Conners of Hanover; one brother, Clyve Bailey of Wichita, Kansas; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; five nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell D. White, whom she married Nov. 8, 1944, and who died Jan. 23, 2007; one son, David A. White, who died in 1998; her parents; one sister, Nancy Talbert; and one grandson.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial will be in Kent Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. until the service. A special service will be conducted by Hanover Order of Eastern Star Chapter 525 at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Wendell Lee Williams, 59, of Louisville, Ky., died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2014.
He was born Jan. 16, 1955, in Carroll County, Ky., to William "Dick" and Nadine Wright Williams. He was a graduate of Trimble County High School. He had served on the Trimble County School Board. He was coordinator of undergraduate advising with the University of Louisville College of Business.
He is survived by several cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his partner, Anthony Dalton.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Highland Baptist Church, 1101 Cherokee Road, Louisville, Ky.
