Phyllis Joan "Annie" Delaney, 72, of Madison, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 1, 1940, in Bluffton, to Phillip and Naomi Ruth Rian Piety. She was a graduate of Bluffton High School. She worked for several years at North Oak Assisted Living Center in Minneapolis, Minn. She retired as a medical record coordinator after 45 years. She lived in Minneapolis, Minn., before moving to Madison five years ago. She was a member of a local home church group. She volunteered with the Salvation Army and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. She enjoyed reading, garage sales, antique shopping, volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Delaney, whom she married June 19, 1996; four daughters, Shauna Dama Namen of Egan, Minn., Megan Boyd and Alison Baker, both of Coon Rapids, Minn., and Anna Stotlar Steen of Blaine, Minn.; one son, Thomas "Mike" Stotlar of Silver Lake, Minn.; three step daughters, Cindy Delaney of Mound, Minn., Linda Hill of Crystal, Minn., and Barbie Joarnt of Hopkins, Minn.; one step son, Steven Delaney of Chaska, Minn.; two brothers, David Piety and James Oliver, both of Bluffton; 13 grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Sabrina Jo Stotlar; and her parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Salvation Army. Contribution cards are available at Vail-Holt Funeral and Cremation Service, which is in charge of arrangements.

Lillian Mae Eaves, 100, of Carrollton, Ky., died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, Ky.
She was born Jan. 6, 1913, in Carroll County, Ky., to Riley and Nannie Walters Darbro. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Whites Run Baptist Church, where she had been a Sunday school teacher for many years.
She is survived by one son, Charlie Eaves of Ghent, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Eaves, who died in 1980; and her parents.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery of Carrollton, Ky.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 5 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Carroll County Animal Support Group. Contributions can be made through the funeral home.
