Marjorie L. Sachleben Spicer Burch, 70, of Madison, died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at Thornton Terrace Health Campus in Hanover.
She was born Oct. 29, 1942, in Milton, Ky., to Harry and Emma Banks Sachleben. She resided most of her life in Jefferson County. She was a 1961 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. She was employed for many years as a customer service representative with the Madison Bank and Trust Co. in downtown Madison, retiring in 1994. She enjoyed decorating, landscaping, gardening, reading and church work. She was a member of the North Madison Christian Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Susan Webber of Savannah, Ga., Tami Dipyatic of Otisco and Ruthie White of Flora, Ill.; two sons, Jamie Spicer of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mark Henry Burch of Flora, Ill.; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Burch, whom she married in 1986, and who died April 12, 2000; one son, Joseph Aaron "Jody" Spicer, who died in June 1993; her parents; and one sister, Betty Sue Bright, who died March 24, 2011.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. until the service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Southwestern High School National Honor Society Bradford J. Burch Memorial Scholarship. Contributions can be made through the funeral home.

Ruth Burdine, of Hanover, died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Ky.

Imogene C. Harris, 81, of Ghent, Ky., died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 10, 1931, in Morgan County, Ky., to Levi and Daisy Mabel Bailey Crase. She and her husband owned the Harris Family Hardware Store in Ghent, Ky., for many years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Ghent Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sisters, Janett Elam of Verona, Ky., and Beatrice Reed of Crittenden, Ky.; and one brother, Darrell Crase of Dry Ridge, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert T. Harris, who died Aug. 29, 1997; one son, Hubert Anthony "Hubby" Harris, who died Jan. 3, 2005; one brother, William Harrison "Harry" Crase Sr.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky. Burial will be in the Ghent Masonic Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Dianna Sue Gullion Konkle, 63, of Vevay, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at her residence.
