Taylors celebrate 50th anniversary

Jack and Karen Furnish Taylor
Jack and Karen Furnish Taylor of Madison will celebrate their 50th anniversary June 8, 2013. The couple were married June 8, 1963 in Fredonia Baptist Church in Vevay. The Rev. Brainard Lee presided.
Mr. Taylor is retired after 35 years of service in parks and recreation. Mrs. Taylor retired after 35 years in the banking industry. The couple are members of Hanover United Methodist Church.
The couple have three children, Jackie Weber of Hanover, Janie Bray of Madison and J.J. Taylor of Phoenix, Ariz. They also have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
They will celebrate with an open house at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2013, at Hanover United Methodist Church, 220 E. LaGrange Road. All family and friends are invited. The couple requests no gifts.
