Catholicism - Faith Formation Program: Prince of Peace Catholic Church will present, "Catholicism - Faith Formation Program," a 12-week series with the Rev. Robert Barron, priest, theologian and author. The program will begin Jan. 19, 2014 and run to April 8, 2014. For more information or to register call (812) 265-4166.

Solid Rock Community Church Homecoming: Solid Rock Community Church will celebrate its 14th homecoming Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. with special music from Mercy's Bridge of Lexington, Ky. A meal will follow the service. For more information call (812) 866-5527.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Program: Christ Temple Community Church, 420 E. First St., will host a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. program Jan. 19 at 4 p.m. They keynote speaker will be Dr. Adrienne Clark, a new veterinarian who is new Madison. They will also have guest music. The program is scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Annual Program: Trinity United Methodist Church will host the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. program with Fred King of Christ Temple Church as the speaker Jan. 20. A video will be shown at 11:30 a.m. followed by the service from noon to 1 p.m. A light lunch will be served following the service with a limited number of to-go bags for those who need to return to work.
Community Dinner: Hanover United Methodist Church, 220 E. LaGrange Road, Hanover, will host a free community dinner Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall.
Camino de Santiago Experience: In Sept. 2012 Lisa Calvin walked 95 miles along the Camino de Santiago, a medieval Christian pilgrimage route in northern Spain. Calvin will share her experience at 9 a.m. Jan. 26 in the fellowship hall of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Woodsmen Quartet: The First Christian Church of Hanover will host the Woodsmen Quartet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26. Admission is free. A love offering will be collected.
Soup Supper: The ladies of St. John's United Church of Christ will hold their monthly soup supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 31 in Wetzel Hall on East St. The menu will include vegetable, bean and potato soups, a variety of sandwiches, homemade dessert, coffee, tea and lemonade. The meal is $6. Carry out is available.
