White-Nose Syndrome - Managing a Bat Fungal Pathogen: The Big Oaks Conservation Society will host United State Fish and Wildlife Service biologist Rich Geboy at 6:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County Public Library Madison branch. Geboy will discuss the impact of white-nose syndrome on native bat populations. The public is welcome to the free presentation.
IKE Retirees: Retired employees of the Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation will meet for breakfast at 8 a.m. at the Clifty Falls State Park's Clifty Inn. Dave Rehkopf will speak on insurance. All retirees and guests are welcome.

Regional Business Expo Planning Meeting: Will be held at 9 a.m. at the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce.
Work It Wednesday: The monthly business networking lunch will unveil the Madison Chamber Insurance Exchange with a presentation by The Benefits Firm at 11:30 a.m. The event is free for chamber members and $4 for non-members. A light lunch will be served.

Blood Drive: The Jefferson County Chapter of the American Red Cross will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Southwestern High School, 167 S. Main Cross Road, Hanover. Behind the Scenes Tour: Take a behind the scenes tour of the Lanier Mansion on the second Saturday of the month at 4 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors over 60 and $5 for children. The tours, which are limited to 15 people, include the basement, cupola, east wing and information not included on the standard tour. Reservations are required. PFLAG: Will meet at 3 p.m. in the fellowship room of Hanover Presbyterian Church. The group meets on the second Sunday of each month. The January meeting will include a report on Freedom Indiana's campaign against HJR-6 and a screening of the brief film "Out Smart," which parodies the dilemmas of coming out.
