Switzerland County 4-H Fair: Will be held July 13-20 at the Switzerland County 4-H Fairgrounds. There is no gate fee. For more information cal (812) 427-3152.
Love Out Loud: Just for Him Ministries will host a two-day event July 19 from 5 to 8 p.m. and July 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bicentennial Park. The free event includes food, inflatables, live music, clothing, games, prizes and haircuts. For more information visit www.justforhim.org.
Summer Theatre Workshop: The Madison Community Players will present their annual summer theater workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. July 22 to Aug. 2 at the Brown Gym. Yoga and Hiking: Start the say with free yoga and hiking at 8:30 a.m. each Tuesday during June, July and August. Meet at the bottom of the Heritage Trail on Vaughn Drive. Car Wash and Bake Sale Fundraiser: The Lexington Academy, 2426 Parker Lane, Lexington, will host a fundraiser for the wife of one of the firefighters who was killed in the June 30 Arizona wildfire. The event will include a car wash and bake sale from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Emergency officials from Scott and Jefferson counties, as well as the community, are welcome. Dairy Show: Will be held at 1 p.m. at the Switzerland County Fairgrounds.
Sheep Show: Will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Switzerland County Fairgrounds.
Cruise-In: The CAM Car Club will host a cruise-in at hilltop Dairy Queen from 5 to 8 p.m.
Senior Dance: Will be held Friday by the Madison Parks Department at the Brown Gym featuring the music of the Gary Hewitt and the Honky Tonk Band. The doors open at 5 p.m. Music begins at 6 p.m. Admission is $3.50 per person.
Truck and Tractor Pull: The sanctioned event will begin at 7 p.m. at the Switzerland County Fairgrounds.
Garden Club: Will host an introduction to flower arranging at 10 a.m. at the Carroll County Public Library. All materials are provided for a $5 fee. The program is for adults and children with an adult helper.
Jewel House Open House: Will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with refreshments. The assisted living center is located at 607 Virginia Ave. For more information call (812) 273-0472.
Meet the Author - Michael Henson: Cincinnati author Michael Henson will sign and read from his newly released book, "Tommy Perdue" from 1 to 3 p.m. July 20 at Village Lights Bookstore.
Magic Tournament: Will be held at the Carroll County Public Library from 1 to 4 p.m.
Auction Barbeque: Will be held at 3 p.m. at the Switzerland County Fairgrounds, followed by the 4-H Livestock Auction at 4 p.m.
SOLD OUT - O Madison Where Art Thou?: River Run Theatre Company and the Cultural Continuum will present a musical event July 20 at Eleutherian College featuring live music from " O Brother, Where Art Thou?" Tours and refreshments begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5. Seating is limited. For more information visit www.culturalcontinuum.org.

Ulster Project Dinner Auction: Will be held at The Old Market on Main, 801 W. Main St. Doors open at 6 p.m. The event will include a cocktail hour, dinner and auction featuring handmade crafts and items from local businesses and Northern Ireland. Dinner will be provided by the Red Pepper. Entertainment will be provided by the 2013 Ulster Project teens. Tickets are $15 per person or $100 per table.
