Depression Support Group: A spiritually-based depression support group will meet from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1429 Clifty Drive. BetterTogether Non-profit Luncheon: Will be held from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College, 590, Ivy Tech Drive. The presenter will be June Miller, regional director of the Indiana Nonprofit Resource Network. Registration is $15 and includes lunch and materials.

KDH Retirees: Retired employees of King's Daughters' Hospital will meet at 11:30 a.m. at The Pines.

Diane Earl and Alfred Abel: Will perform at 7 p.m. at the Madison Presbyterian Church, 202 Broadway. The event is the third concert in the 2012-2013 Madison Performing Arts Foundation series.

Audible Point CD Release Party: Audible Point will celebrate the release of their third album at 9:30 p.m. at the Electric Lady, 202 E. Main St. Cover is $5.

Sip N' Knit: Will meet from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays at Harriette's Knit Knook, 103 E. Main St. All types of stitchery are welcome.

Norbert Krapf Poetry Reading and Signing: Village Lights Bookstore will host former Indiana Poet Laureate Norbert Krapf from 1 to 3 p.m. to read and sign his latest book, "Songs in Sepia and Black & White." The book is a collaboration with Richard Fields, whose photographs will be exhibited in the Twain Room during the event.

Game Day: Will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Gerry Riley 90th Birthday: Gerry Riley will celebrate her 90th birthday from 1 to 4 p.m. with an reception hosted by her family at North Madison Christian Church. All are welcome. She requests no gifts, but cards are welcome.

Chili Supper: Ryker's Ridge Fire Department will host their annual fall chili supper from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the firehouse. The meal will include chili, a ham sandwich, dessert and a drink.

Benefit for Belle: Will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. at Madison Gymnastics World with food, games, music, a silent auction, raffles and a cake walk. Bring kids to play. Admission is $10 per child for a 2-hour session from 5 to 7 p.m. or 7 to 9 p.m. Proceeds will go to Belle Stubbins, a 10-year-old who recently had surgery for a bone anchored hearing aid cochlear implant for her hearing.

Messiah Rehearsal: The first rehearsal for the Madison-Ohio Valley Community Chorus and Hanover College Concert Choir's annual performance of selections from Handel's Messiah will be held at 2 p.m. in the Fitzgibbon Recital Hall in the Lynn Center for Fine Arts Building on the Hanover College campus. Rehearsals will also be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 11 and 18 and at 6 p.m. Nov. 25. The performance is set for Dec. 2.
