The Best of the Best from JCTC: A new seminar series will feature the best of the best from the Jefferson Community Technical College Carrollton Campus. Cristina Marsh, Spanish instructor, will speak at 1 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Zumba!: Will be held at 5:15 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Computer Basics - Email for Job Seekers: Will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the Carroll County Public Library. Learn to set up an email account, add attachments and navigate.

Friday Crafts: Will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Senior Dance: Will be held Friday by the Madison Parks Department at the Brown Gym featuring the music of Gary Hewitt and the Honky Tonk Band. The doors open at 5 p.m. Music begins at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $3 and includes snacks, drinks and door prizes.

Lydia Middleton Family Fun Night: Will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with a chili supper available for $1.50 and hot dogs for $1, as well as desserts and drinks for $.50 each. Wristbands for games and inflatable games will be $10 in advance or $12 at the door. The event is open to the public. All proceeds go towards the Lydia Middleton PTO.

Friday Night Music: The Carroll County Public Library will host vocalist Vanessa Birchfield and bass guitarist Richie Chubb at 6 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

The Cashore Marionettes: The Hanover College Community Arts Series will present The Cashore Marionettes at 7:30 p.m. in Fitzgibbon Recital Hall in the Lynn Center for Fine Arts.
