Milton Trail of Screams: Milton Fire and Rescue will present their annual cornmaze from 5 p.m. to midnight, Fridays and Saturdays during October. The trail will be "unhaunted" from 5 p.m. until dark for younger children. Admission is $5.
Haunted Hayride: Deputy Volunteer Fire Dept. will host a haunted hayride Oct. 25 and 26. Food will be available starting at 4 p.m. The first ride will start at dark. Tickets are $4 for adults, and $3 for children age 12 and younger. For more information call (812) 866-9465.
Serious Paranormal Investigations: Will be held Oct. 25 from 9 p.m. to midnight at the General Butler State Resort Park's Butler-Turpin State Historic Site in Carrollton, Ky. Each investigation lasts a half-hour and is limited to 10 persons each. Admission is $10. Historical House and Cemetery Tours: Will be held Oct. 26 from 9 to 11 p.m. at the General Butler State Resort Park's Butler-Turpin State Historic Site in Carrollton, Ky. Tours are one hour. 70 Scenes of Halloween: Will be held Oct. 24-27 at 7:30 p.m. in Hanover College's Parker Auditorium. For more information visit www.hanover.edu/arts
Halloween Family Fun Weekend: Will be held Oct. 25-27 at General Butler State Resort Park in Carrollton from 6 to 11 p.m. with evening activities open to the public near the park's front entrance including a haunted train track of terror, haunted firehouse and glow-in-the-dark 18-hole mini golf. The campground gate will charge a $5 visitors entrance fee Oct. 26 starting at 4 p.m. for campground trick-or-treating.
Asu Yoga: Will be offered Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Tuesday from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m., Wednesday from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at Mires School of Dance, 416 West St. From Oct. 21-Oct. 26 donated canned goods and receive a free class. Canned goods will be donated to the Jefferson County Clearing House Food Pantry. For more information call (812) 801-0128.
Genealogy - Plan for Holiday Get Togethers: Take advantage of family togetherness over the holidays to do genealogy interviews. Learn how to make the most of these opportunities at 6:30 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library. For more information call (502) 732-7020.
Veterans Benefits Representative: A veterans benefits field representative from the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs will be at the Veterans Affairs Health Clinic in Carrollton, Ky. on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The representative will be available to assist veterans and widows/widowers for free in filing for federal and state benefits for veterans and dependents. B4K Club: Will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesdays at the Carroll County Public Library. The group was formerly known as Toddler Time.

CAFFE: Carrollton Area Families for Education will meet at 1 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.
Lego Mania: Will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Music Makers: Will meet at 11 a.m. Thursdays at the Carroll County Public Library.
Medicare Enrollment Assistance: Representatives from the Northern Kentucky State Health Insurance Assistance Program will aid in Medicare enrollment from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library. Call (866) 516-3051 to schedule an appointment.
Play Day: Will meet at 11 a.m. Fridays at the Carroll County Public Library.
Senior Dance: Will be held Friday by the Madison Parks Department at the Brown Gym featuring the music of the Canyon River Band. The doors open at 5 p.m. Music begins at 6 p.m. Admission is $3.50 per person.
Haunted Cozy Acres: Will be held at Cozy Acres Golf Complex from 5 to 9 p.m. with haunted golf cart rides, games and prizes, face painting, costume mini-golf and more. A portion of proceeds will go to Aiden's Lego Legacy.
Electronics Recycling: Will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, 931 Lanier Drive. Accepted items include: televisions, computers, monitors, printers, copiers, laptops, telephones, cell phones, stereos, speakers, wire cables, computer parts, VCR, DVD players, game consoles, copiers, networking equipment and cable boxes.
Howl-O-Ween Party: Waltz Animal Clinic, 1300 Osage Drive, Madison, will host a Halloween party for pets and their people from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with treats, drawings and surprises. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. For more information call (812) 273-6668.
CAFFE: Carrollton Area Families for Education will meet at 1 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library. Those attending are asked to come dressed as a favorite character from fiction or history.
Teen Magic Tournament: Will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.
Fish Fry: The Dupont-Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department will host a fish fry on the last Saturday of the month at the Dupont fire house from 4 to 8 p.m.
Spooky Mansion: The spooky (not scary) children's Halloween program at the Lanier Mansion features creepy decorations, trick-or-treating, ghost stories, creepy crafts, a walk through the basement and visits from Civil War ghosts from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is $3 per child, one free adult with each child. Asylum of Terror: Will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. at Jeff-Craig Fire Company in Vevay. Admission is $5 per person, and free for children under age four.
Halloween Party: Madison Township Volunteer Fire Company, 3413 N. Michigan Road, will host a Halloween party featuring live music from The Rumors from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., a costume contest and raffles. Doors open at 8 p.m. The party is for those 21 and older. The cover charge is $6. All proceeds benefit Shop with a Firefighter. For more information call (812) 599-2409.
