Milton Trail of Screams: Milton Fire and Rescue will present their annual cornmaze from 5 p.m. to midnight, Fridays and Saturdays during October. The trail will be "unhaunted" from 5 p.m. until dark for younger children. Admission is $5.

Veterans Benefits Representative: A veterans benefits field representative from the Kentucky Department of Veteran Affairs will be at the Veterans Affairs Health Clinic in Carrollton, Ky. on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The representative will be available to assist veterans and widows/widowers for free in filing for federal and state benefits for veterans and dependents. Senior Dance: Will be held Friday by the Madison Parks Department at the Brown Gym featuring the music of Tommy Day and Cool Country. The doors open at 5 p.m. Music begins at 6 p.m. Admission is $3.50 per person.

Soup, Stew, Chili and Brew: The 11th annual Soup, Stew, Chili and Brew will be held from 11 a.m. 6 p.m. on Main St. in downtown Madison.

Teen Game Day: Will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Carroll County Public Library.

Behind the Scenes Tour: Take a behind the scenes tour of the Lanier Mansion on the second Saturday of the month at 4 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors over 60 and $5 for children. The tours, which are limited to 15 people, include the basement, cupola, East wing and information not included on the standard tour. Reservations are required. Hog Roast: Canaan Masonic Lodge will host a hog roast from 4 to 7 p.m. A free will offering will be collected. Proceeds will benefit the Canaan Masonic Lodge Restoratoin Fund.
