MacPhail-Crafton vows exchanged

Sarah MacPhail of Indianapolis and Jordan Chase Crafton of Hanover exchanged vows on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at the Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis. Minister Brian Shivers presided.

The bride is the daughter of Blair S. and Alice S. MacPhail of Indianapolis. She is a 2009 graduate of Park Tudor and a 2013 graduate of DePauw University. She is employed with Baker Hill in Indianapolis
The groom is the son of Dean and Denise Lynn Crafton of Hanover. He is a 2002 graduate of Southwestern High School and a 2007 graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is employed with the UniFirst Corporation in Indianapolis.
The bride was escorted by her father. Sister of the bride Margaret Elizabeth MacPhail served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Helen Hopper, Danielle Mattingly, Erica Wood, Mary Ladd, Bryna Capshew, Emily Green Rowan and Sara Johnson
Brother of the groom J. Shane Phillips served as best man. Groomsmen were Pratik Parikh, Daniel Tardy, Aaron Phillips, Danny LaPlante, Alex Greve, Josh Cuvelier and Van Crafton
Vocalists were Erin Twenty Benedict and John Brewer. The instrumentalists were John Allegar and Marjorie Hannah with the Metropolitan Quartet. Readers were Richard B. Saint and Daniel Tardy. Ushers were Daniel Tardy, Van Crafton, Aaron Phillips and Josh Cuvelier.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Scottish Rite Cathedral.
The couple celebrated their vows with a trip to San Diego, Calif.
