Smith-McDole vows exchanged

Brittany Smith of Floyds Knobs and Kyle McDole of Madison exchanged vows Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Chateau de Pique Winery in Seymour. Minister Keith Shelby officiated. Prior to the ceremony, family and friends took part in a warming of the rings. The couple shared their own vows and braided a cord of three strands into God’s knot.

The bride is the daughter of Anthony Smith and Ruth Rainbolt, both of Floyds Knobs. The groom is the son of Jon and Sheri Browning of Madison, and Tim McDole and Kelly Glass of Brandenburg, Ky.
The bride was escorted by her father, and her grandfather, William Smith. Becky Estes, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Alex Turner, Megan Milliner, Kelly Gubber and Julia Rhodes.
Cody Turner, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Kristopher McDole, Kelly McGee, Matthew Ritchie and Jared Rhodes.
The ring bearer was Ethel Mae Rhodes, the service dog of Julia Rhodes.
Ushers were Gabe King, Justin Smith and Jonah Sullivan.
A reception followed the ceremony at the same location.
The couple celebrated their vows with a trip to Cancun, Mexico.
