The Jefferson County Health Department conducts quarterly inspections of all food establishments or locations that handle food in the county. Health inspections become a public record 10 days after the inspection takes place.

Harry’s Stone Grill: Two noncritical; one repeat.

American Legion: Four noncritical.
Rally’s: One critical (Observed grill cook handle raw meat then handle spatula, which is only to be used by employee on prep line); four noncritical; one repeat.
Walmart: Two noncritical.
Rembrandt’s Gallery & Wine Bar: No violations.
Off Broadway Tap Room: One critical (Unlabeled working spray bottle found by oven); five noncritical; three repeat.
Deputy Elementary School: No violations.
Rykers’ Ridge Elementary School: One noncritical.
