The Jefferson County Health Department conducts quarterly inspections of all food establishments or locations that handle food in the county. Health inspections become a public record 10 days after the inspection takes place.

Walmart: Two noncritical.

Feb. 3

Rembrandt’s Gallery & Wine Bar: No violations.

Off Broadway Tap Room: One critical (Unlabeled working spray bottle found by oven); five noncritical; three repeat.

Deputy Elementary School: No violations.

Rykers’ Ridge Elementary School: One noncritical.
