HIROSHIMA, Japan - Former Madison Cub Bryan Bullington tossed seven shutout innings but once again got a no-decision in the Hiroshima Carps' 4-2 loss to Chunichi on Wednesday.

Bullington allowed four hits and struck out four while walking just one in 107 pitches.

He left the game with Hiroshima leading 2-0 only to see Chunichi score four runs on the top of the eighth off the Carp bullpen on a grand slam by Ryosuke Hirata after a leadoff single and back-to-back walks.

Bullington is now 4-7 on the season with a 2.70 ERA.
