The awards continue to pile up for Hanover’s Jon Miller and Wes McKinney who each picked up honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches on Wednesday.

McKinney, a junior from Batesville, was named to the NABC Great Lakes First Team to go with a similar award from D3Hoops.com earlier in the week. McKinney, who was also the Heartland Conference Player of the Year and a Second Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Information Directors of America, averaged 18.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game this season.

Miller was named the NABC Great Lakes Coach of the Year after leading the Panthers to a 26-4 record and the NCAA Elite Eight. He previously earned coaching awards from both D3Hoops.com and the HCAC and has been nominated for the HEROSports Coach of the Year as well. That latter award is voted on by fans online at www.HEROSports.com.
