Trimble County built a big first-half lead then held on for a 67-64 win at Eminence on Friday. It was the Raiders' second-straight win.

Trimble, which defeated St. Francis on Thursday, trailed 16-13 after the first quarter but outscored its hosts 19-8 in the second to go ahead 32-24 at the half.

Eminence outscored the Raiders in both the third and fourth quarters but couldn't get ahead and fell by three.

Four different players reached double figures in scoring for Trimble led by Ethan Merrill who had 19 points. Evan Long scored 14, Michael Dunaway had 12 and Robbie Brooks scored 10.

Jalen Dixie led Eminence with 23 points and Brandon Mitchell had 15 points.

Trimble, now 2-2 on the season, travels to South Oldham on Monday for its first 29th District seed game of the year.
