Rebels, Pacers lose to Milan at Hoosier Links

Southwestern and Switzerland County boys golf competed in a three-way match on Thursday at the Hoosier Links Golf Course in Milan with both falling to the host Indians.
Milan won the match with a 165 while Southwestern finished 11 strokes back with a 176 and Switzerland County shot a 203.
Milan's Travis Butte was the match medalist with a one-over 37. His teammates Paul Hawk and Eli Schmitt rounded out the top three with a 39 and 41, respectively and Drew Honnert capped Milan's scoring with a 48.
Southwestern was led by Ashton Hil's 42. Stacey Noble was a stroke back with a 43 while Brynen Chitwood shot a 45 and Michael Perry carded a 46. Colten Shepherd scored a 47 and Stuart Bramer fired a 51 in non-scoring rounds.
Celby Kinney shot a 48 to lead Switzerland County. Dustin Tice was a stroke back at 49 and Logan Todd had a 51. McKail Cole rounded out the Pacer scoring with a 55.
Southwestern and Switzerland County both compete in the Rising Sun Invitational next Tuesday at The Links at Rising Star. Shawe is also in that tourney field.
