Switzerland County blew open a close game with a big fourth quarter to knock off rival Rising Sun 60-48 in the consolation game of the boys Rivertown Classic at South Dearborn on Friday.

The Pacers led only 39-38 heading into the final frame but outscored Rising Sun 21-10 to win going away.

Trevor Smith hit three 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 25 points to lead Switzerland County while Austin Clark had 12.

Nathan Hannan led Rising Sun with 15 points. Ryan Dugan and Jermy Cravens scored 12 points each.

Switzerland, now 7-3 on the season, travels to Southwestern Friday for its first Ohio River Valley Conference game of the season.
