Trimble County ran its win streak to three games with a 58-48 decision at Maysville St. Patrick Saturday in boys basketball action on the road.

Freshman Michael Dunaway posted an impressive double-double of 24 points and 15 rebounds - both career-highs - to lead the Raiders while Ethan Merrill scored 16. Andrew Young and Dusty Wyssbrod were both credited with strong defensive games.

Trimble County trailed 13-11 after the first quarter but sprinted ahead 35-30 at halftime. The Raiders pushed the lead to 47-35 after three quarters and coasted to the 10-point win.

Trimble County opens play in the Silver Grove Tournament against Hancock Co. on Thursday.
