The Carroll County football team hosted Fort Knox in a scrimmage game Friday at Panther Field in Carrollton in preparation for its Aug. 17 opener at home against Pendleton County. Carroll County's Blake Newby (50, above), who scored one of the Panthers' touchdowns, gets a block as he picks up a gain. Fort Knox quarterback Deion Anderson is sacked in the open field by Carroll County's Keifer McIntyre (below). Carroll County had outscored the Eagles 20-0 after three quarters.
