Teacher wants to expand agriculture program
A program launched last year by the Southwestern schools to help put food on tables in the Hanover area has so far provided 2,800 pounds of ground beef to local food pantries.

Southwestern Schools' top administrator has announced plans to retire at the end of this school year. Superintendent Steve Telfer submitted a letter during the school board meeting Monday night expressing his intent to retire as of June 30, 2015.
