The opening day of racing for this weekend's Lamb Weston Columbia Cup was USDA prime cut for the beef jerky boat as the U-1 Oh Boy! Oberto/Miss Madison not only emerged as the top qualifier, but the winner of the Legends Casino Dash for Cash Friday on the Columbia River in Kennewick, Wash.
