Indiana State Police Versailles All Crimes Policing Team served a search warrant yesterday at a Crothersville residence in Jackson County that resulted in drugs being seized and three arrests on numerous charges.

Troopers from the Versailles Post responded to a residence Tuesday around 11 a.m. in the 100 block of North East Street in Crothersville after receiving a citizen’s complaint of possible drug activity at the residence, said a news release.

Upon arriving at the residence, troopers obtained probable cause to apply for and receive a search warrant from the Jackson County Circuit Court.

Troopers located about 40 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Numerous other items associated with drug dealing and drug use were also found at the residence.

Crothersville residents Rose Staley Victorino, 57, Scott Staley, 46, and Rodger Wells Robinson, 37, were arrested on numerous charges related to the dealing and possession of illegal drugs after the investigation.

Victorino faces charges of felony dealing in methamphetamine over 28 grams (near school or park), felony possession of methamphetamine over 28 grams (near school or park), felony obstruction of justice, felony maintaining a common nuisance, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Staley faces charges of felony dealing methamphetamine over 28 grams (near school or park, felony possession of methamphetamine over 28 grams (near school or park), felony maintaining a common nuisance, dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Robinson faces charges of felony dealing in methamphetamine over 28 grams (near school or park), possession of methamphetamine of 28 grams (near school or park) and visiting a common nuisance.

All three suspects are in custody at the Jackson County Jail waiting for initial court appearances.

The Crothersville Police Department and Jackson County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the investigation, the news release said.
