Todd Bodenheimer, from LaGrange, Ky., will perform his Elvis Presley tribute Nov. 10 during a 90-minute dinner theater show at the General Butler State Resort Park Conference Center.

The dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., the park's programs supervisor Tanya Supplee said, before the show at 7:30 p.m.

"He has performed for other groups (at General Butler)," Supplee said, but this will be the first time for Bodenheimer to perform as part of the dinner theater.

Bodenheimer first began performing as Elvis Presley as a novelty act years ago, a Kentucky State Parks release said, but he began a full-time Tribute Act within the last few years. His act has won multiple awards, including the Midwest Elvis Tribute award for 2011.

Bodenheimer will perform Presley hits including "All Shook Up," "Suspicious Minds," "Return to Sender" and more during the show, the release said. Supplee said the event will feature the "Best of Elvis," even including decorations relating to Elvis' career.

General Butler State Resort Park hosts two dinner theaters each year with a performance the Saturday before Valentine's Day and the second Saturday in November, Supplee said. This is the park's 13th year to host the annual shows.

Tickets may be purchased at the General Butler Resort Park Lodge Front Desk for $35 plus tax until Nov. 9. Supplee said people may purchase individual seats or purchase tickets for an entire table, which will seat eight people. Tickets by also be purchased by phone by calling the lodge at 800-462-8853 or 502-732-4384.

Visitors may request to be seated with other ticket holders, Supplee said, but the request should be made at the time of ticket purchase as assigned seating will be used for the event. A cash bar will also be available throughout the performance.
