John Wright, bottom, from right, Shane Jackson and John Kinman interact in a scene from the play, which is a comedic tragedy about seven men who are brought together by tobacco, their friendships and the small town they live in.

The story, set in a small town along the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Louisville, follows Sam Henry as he hosts his stripping room to several of the locals: Mitch, Tom, Cy, Oliver, and Daniel.

The show will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Historic Hoosier Theatre in Vevay.

Written and directed by Libby Kinman, the show is being presented as part of the town's bicentennial celebration.

Tickets are $5 and are available at the Visitor's Center in Vevay. An encore performance will be given at 7 p.m., Oct. 4. Tickets are $10 for that performance. For more information or to reserve tickets call (812) 427-3237.

The show is intended for mature audiences.
