Two Carrollton men were arrested and charged with burglarizing the same house twice in 10 days. The Carrollton Police Department is still looking for a third suspect.

Zachary Sloan, 18, was arrested Nov. 3 and Arin Williams, 20, was arrested Nov. 14.

Carrollton resident Billy Wilson reported that his home had been burglarized.

A semi-automatic pistol, a PlayStation 3 game console and controller, an Xbox game console with two controllers, a buck knife with antler handle and a movie were taken from a home on Highland Avenue on Oct. 24, police said.

The same homeowner reported another burglary Nov. 2, and said a shotgun, a Browning 7mm-08 with scope, aRugar 22 with scope and a safe with checkbooks were taken.

Forcible entry was used both times, police said.

Police found a knife at 114 Fourth St. matching the item reported stolen. During police questioning, Sloan admitted to breaking into the home with Williams.

Police found Williams hiding in a closet at 613 Fifth St. on Nov. 14, and arrested him.

Williams and Sloan are lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.

The Xbox 360 was recovered from a pawn shop in Florence, Ky., but the PlayStation 3 was sold from a game store before it could be recovered. Police recovered all of the items taken in the Nov. 2 burglary, but the handgun taken in the Oct. 24 burglary was not recovered.
