A Madison man was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident on Hanover-Saluda Road. Jefferson County Sheriff John Wallace said the man, who was driving a small Chevrolet truck, was northbound at about 2:30 p.m. when the driver of an older model El Camino pulled out in front of him. The vehicles collided, causing the truck to flip on its top just south of Holly Hills Road. The drivers' names were not released. Wallace said the driver of the truck was transported to King's Daughters' Hospital but was conscious and speaking with first responders on the scene. The driver of the El Camino, of Louisville, refused medical treatment. (Staff photo by Seth Grundhoefer)
