Two residents of Madison and one from Nabb were arrested earlier this week in the 11400 block of North Jefferson Road on drug charges.

The Indiana State Police-Versailles Post All Crimes Policing Team conducted a drug investigation Tuesday, April 9, at a North Jefferson Road address after receiving information of drug activity occurring at the residence.

During the investigation, the team found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other evidence related to the dealing of illegal drugs. Coty Johnson, 26, of Nabb; Breanna Behne, 26, of Madison; and Robert Behne, 26, of Madison, were arrested in connection with the investigation.

Johnson faces charges of dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.

Breanna Behne faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; neglect of a dependent, a level 5 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.

Robert Behne faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony; neglect of a dependent, a level 5 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.

All three were taken to the Jefferson County Jail and remained there as of Friday morning.
