Cornelia Hancock

Cornelia Eaglin Hancock, 95, of Milton, Kentucky, died Friday, July 24, 2020, at River Terrace Health Campus in Madison, Indiana. She was born Aug. 27, 1924, in Milton, to Jasper and Florida Carter Eaglin. She was a homemaker who loved helping her husband on their farm and enjoyed cooking, sewing and her flower garden. She was a member of Mt. Byrd Christian Church in Milton, but also attended North Madison Christian Church in Madison and Kent Christian Church in Kent, Indiana.

Survivors include a son, Terry Hancock of Florence, Kentucky; three daughters, Carole Pyles of Milton, Judith Davidson of Madison, and Becky Pyles of Carrollton, Kentucky; and eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 73 years, John B. Hancock, on May 10, 2012; and a half-sister, Mary Anderson.

Private graveside services will be held at Moffett Cemetery in Milton, with interment to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Nancy McDaniel

Nancy Gay McDaniel, 90, of Madison, Indiana and formerly of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at the River Terrace Health Campus in Madison. Arrangements will be announced by the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre in Madison,

Jo Ogden

Jo Deva Ogden, 61, of Milton, Kentucky, died Thursday, July 23, 2020, at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville.

She was born Sept. 10, 1958, in Madison, Indiana, to Robert “Bob” and Alma Ogden McManis. She was a 1976 graduate of Trimble County High School in Bedford, Kentucky, and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Bedford. She enjoyed cross stitch, reading and listening to classic country music.

Survivors include a daughter, Laura Tomes of Louisville; four sons, Justin Stark, Joey Stark and William Stark, all of Milton and Noah Smith of Bedford; and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lisa McManis; and her grandparents, Laura and Joe Ogden.

There will be no services scheduled.
