Johnny Burns
Johnny Kirtley Burns, 49, of Carrollton, Kentucky, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
He was born Nov. 18, 1969, in Carrollton to John Henry Burns and Joyce Faye Beach Burns of Carrollton. He enjoyed participating in Special Olympics of Kentucky, and, during his life he never let his medical conditions slow him down. Some of his favorite hobbies were playing guitar and singing, fishing, working puzzles, painting and basketball. He was a member of the Relevant Church in Carrollton for many years and most recently had become a member of Dividing Ridge Apostolic Church in Sanders, Kentucky.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Aleshia Tallent of Pleasureville, Kentucky, and Alma Shields of Ghent, Kentucky; his maternal grandparents, Albert and Alma Beach of Carrollton; and a niece, two nephews, three great-nieces, three great-nephews and two great-step-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ernest and Julie Burns.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at Dividing Ridge Apostolic Church in Sanders. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church. Burial will take place in the New Bethel Cemetery in Verona, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Dividing Ridge Apostolic Church or the Crusade For Children in care of the funeral home.

Charles Coy II
Charles William “Charlie” Coy II, 43, of Dillsboro, Indiana, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, at Highpoint Health in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
He was born March 8, 1976, in Lawrenceburg to Charles William Coy and Linda Jean Robbins Coy. He grew up in Dillsboro and attended Rising Sun High School. He worked in masonry for 20 years and was formerly employed by Baumgartner in Versailles, Indiana.
Survivors include his mother, of Sunman, Indiana; his wife, Camilla Renea Theetge Coy of Patriot, Indiana; daughters, Jacqueline Bills of Aurora, Indiana, and Karah Coy of Brighton, Michigan; sons Blake Coy of Brookville, Indiana, and Wyatt Coy of Brighton, and a sister, Theresa Coy, of Brighton.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay, Indiana. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Wilbur Poling
Wilbur “Dale” Poling, 59, of Quercus Grove, Indiana, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at Highpoint Health in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Funeral arrangements are pending at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay, Indiana.
Billy Robbins
Billy Joe Robbins, 84, of Carrollton, Kentucky, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at Signature Healthcare of Carrollton.
He was born Feb. 19, 1935, in Carrollton to John William Robbins and Josie Rudelle Richmond Robbins. He had worked at the former Teledyne Manufacturing in Carrollton as a mechanic and enjoyed farming. He served in the Army National Guard, was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton, the Pioneer Power Tractor Club in Carrollton and served on the Board of Directors of Farm Bureau Insurance Company.
Survivors include a daughter, Candice Allene Perkins of Sanders, Kentucky; three sons, Billy Joe Robbins, John Timothy Robbins and Randy Robbins, all of Carrollton, six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Doris Ann Ayres Robbins, and a brother, Bobby Gene Robbins.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2019, at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.

Virginia “Ann” Wilking Stewart, 80, of Madison, Indiana, died Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at Kindred Hospital in Indianapolis. Arrangements will be announced by Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre in Madison.
Gene Wells
Gene Wells, 88, of Charlestown, Indiana, died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019, at River Crossing Assisted Living in Charlestown. Arrangements will be announced by Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre-Hanover Chapel in Hanover, Indiana.
