    Clyde Marvin Carter was only 16 when he enlisted in the Army on Jan. 5, 1949. Carter was reported missing in action in 1950 and later presumed dead in 1953. On Monday, Carter’s surviving family members finally got something they’ve been waiting 64 years for – a final resting place.
